3.How do I collect my winnings?
Answer:
Jackpot prizes are deposited directly into a Player's Account every time a player wins our game. For games where there is more than one winner (multiple simultaneous winners) the jackpots are shared evenly amongst all the winners of a game. NOTE: Under no circumstances will the BingoHome.com Corporation issue payment from a winner's account to an address other that which corresponds to the address in the player's registration information.
Withdrawals will be processed out in 2 to 4 business days hours of request. If deposit was made by credit card Players need to print out, fill out and send us the Credit Card FaxBack Form that can be found at http://www.BingoHome.com/withdrawals.html (bottom of page). All payout will be sent out via check, with a flat fee of $10 if the payout is less than $300, or $60 if it is more than the said amount. Please note that a deposit will have to be rolled over once in order to qualify for a payout. If a withdrawal request is made before, a 5% fee will be deducted.
Please note that any winnings from bounced checks will be forfeited.

4.Who can participate?

To participate in a Game a Player must be 18 years of age or older, must read and consent to all of the Participating Rules and must have authorization to use a valid credit card acceptable to BingoHome.com™.
Participation will require that Players register with BingoHome.com™ by correctly completing the registration details and offering a full name, address, city, zip code or postal code, state or province, country, e-mail address (if any) and telephone number. For any subsequent participation, a Player must login with their Player ID (provided by BingoHome.com™) and the Player password.
Games will be offered at approximately 2 (two) minutes after completion of a previous game. BingoHome.com™ has exclusive authority to modify the Game schedule without prior notice.
Any Player who wins a Prize may be transmitted a reference number which will identify a specific win. The Player is responsible for the preserving of any reference numbers provided.
In the event that there is a discrepancy between the Game Variation as it is recorded in BingoHome.com's database, and that recorded by the Player, the Calls recorded in the BingoHome.com™ game server shall be considered valid.
A Purchase will be void if for any reason payment is not received by BingoHome.com™ or if there is an applicable charge-back at a later date. BingoHome.com™ reserves the right to limit any Player's participation in a Game, particularly in the event that a Purchase is rendered void.
Prizes will be deposited into the Player's Account.
The balance of a Winners Account will be mailed upon a request by the Player, to the mailing address provided at registration.
Employees of the BingoHome.com Corporation are prohibited from participating in a Game
Players can request a Payout only under the following conditions:
  • Players can request a payout from their winnings only. The amounts cannot exceed their Player Account cash balance which must be in good standing. The BingoHome.com Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.
  • Players can request a payout if they wish to close their Players account. Any unpaid or outstanding charges will be subtracted from their account balance in the event of charge backs.
  • Players CANNOT request a payout from deposits made to their account unless they wish to cash out and close their Player Account. Requesting payouts from their account balance derived from deposits and not wins will be deemed a cash advance from the BingoHome.com Corporation and a misuse of our online purchasing system. In such cases, The BingoHome.com Corporation may levy a surcharge to offset transaction and administrative costs.
  • In ALL cases, the BingoHome.com Corporation reserves the right to withhold any such payments until all financial transactions have been settled and cleared.

5.Free Money Rules?
Answer:
Please do not attempt to defraud us in any way including setting up multiple accounts; if you do so all monies in those accounts will be forfeited, including winnings. Only one account per household is permitted.
If your winnings are based on free money, you need to know how this works:
  • If you have winnings on free money that you wish to withdraw, you need to be an active player for 30 days, and play at least $10 per day.
  • The maximum that can be won from a free money account is $100. Minimum to be withdrawn is $50.
  • Chat bonuses and any other promos will not be applied to persons who have never deposited.
  • You will need to have wagered over 10 times the free money.
  • Free money is not available for withdrawal, so you cannot request the portion that corresponds to the free money. Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal.
  • Players who have not made a deposit are not eligible for chat bonuses and money transfers from other players.

6.Bonus Rules

Bonus money is not available for withdrawal, so you cannot request the portion that corresponds to the bonus money. Only the winnings on the bonus money are available for withdrawal.
Bonus money is only available to play the bingo games. All others games can only be played with money from deposits or winnings.
Players must spend 95% of there deposit, OR wager 10 times their deposit amount (on first deposit – bonus 150%) and 4 times their deposit amount (for any subsequent deposits – bonus 20%) in order to OBTAIN, the BONUS (Please note that casino games do not count as wagers to obtain the bonus, therefore it will take longer for the bonus to qualify.)
Example
A player who makes a $25 sign up deposit would have to wager ($25 x 10) ~ $250 before the 150% deposit bonus becomes "qualified" to your account. If the player was to lose ($25 x 95%)= $23.75 before meeting this requirement, the bonus would automatically become "qualified" and made available for wagering.
A player who makes a $20 second deposit would have to wager ($25 x 4) ~ $100 before the 20% deposit bonus becomes "qualified" to your account. If the player was to lose ($25 x 95%)= $23.75 before meeting this requirement, the bonus would automatically become "qualified" and made available for wagering. Please note that this wagering requirement may change on days when special promotions, with higher bonus percentages.
Players who cash out any winnings prior to having obtained there bonus (i.e.: before it has been added to your bonus balance) will have their bonus cancelled. Your Bonus balance may not be cashed out but can be used to play our Bingo game only any winnings resulting from using your bonus will become available in your cash balance and can then be cashed out. Please note that your cash balance will always be used first and can be used to play any of our games your our system will always play the banking balance before it starts playing our bonus balance; your banking balance is the balance you are able to cash out. Please note if you have met the Bonus requirements (ie: it has diverted to player account, you will NOT lose any bonus upon cashout.
Any withdrawal requests made before the bonus rules have been satisfied will result in a reduction of the payout by the amount of the bonus. For example, if $100 is deposited, and the current promotion is 30% bonus, a $30 bonus is put in the account. A payout request for $70 that is submitted before the bonus rules are satisfied will result in a reduction of the payout by $30.
A deposit must be made at least once every 14 days to be active, for bonus and promotions.

Should there be any discrepancy in the legality of any transactions between yourself and BingoHome.com, or any of its affiliates, the matter shall be determined by a court of competent jurisdiction in Cyprus, which is where BingoHome.com (BMX Entertainment Ltd) is incorporated and where it conducts business. Any matter to be adjudicated shall be determined utilizing the laws of BingoHome.com. All contractual issues between yourself and BingoHome.com, or any of its affiliates, that are disputed, shall be resolved by a court of competent jurisdiction in Cyprus. All contracts shall be interpreted in accordance with the laws of Cyprus.

9.Chatroom rules and etiquette

Out of consideration for our Chat Monitors (CMs) and all our players, BingoHome.com asks that all its players abide by the following rules:
  • Our CM's are awesome, but they are not supernatural. A busy chat room takes lots of concentration to manage. If your CM does not answer your question straight away be assured they will get back to you, or simply ask again, please be patient.
  • Please have respect for your CM's authority. Our CM's love their jobs here at BingoHome.com, but like with any position it can be quite stressful at times, so please don't try to make their jobs more difficult.
  • The CM's have the last say in who receives FTB's please do not argue with them, they do not have favorites please understand they are doing their job.
  • Our CMs type in capital letters to differentiate themselves from players they will also always show in RED. To help them, please do not use CAPS. This can be very confusing for players.
  • Please do not use bad language in the chat room, in jest or in a more serious manner, neither will be tolerated.
  • If you have a problem that does not directly involve the CM or the players, please keep it out of the chat room, players are there to have fun, not to be put under duress, there are several ways in which you can have your problems addressed on a one to one basis, by sending a trouble ticket or contacting online help, please be patient in waiting for your replies, remember you are not the only player here, but you are of equal importance, and your problem will be attended to as soon as possible.
